MindNeuro 2027 Scientific Scope & Taxonomy
Bridging the translational divide between circuit-level neurobiology, novel interventional neurotherapeutics, precision psychopharmacology, and frontline clinical psychiatric medicine.
Translational Mission & Practice Framework
Clinical psychiatry is undergoing a paradigm shift from broad phenomenological categorizations to circuit-targeted interventions, neurosteroid modulators, and computational biomarkers. Despite rapid advances in functional neuroimaging and molecular psychiatry, implementing these novel interventions in routine hospital and outpatient settings remains challenged by protocol heterogeneity, response durability limits, and variable regulatory standards.
MindNeuro 2027 convenes clinical psychiatrists, neuropsychopharmacologists, neuroscience department chairs, and psychiatric nursing specialists to rigorously evaluate translational findings, phase II/III interventional clinical trials, accelerated neuromodulation regimens, and passive digital phenotyping tools.

- Evaluate Interventional Modalities: Formulate evidence-based clinical referrals for rTMS, deep TMS, and rapid-acting glutamatergic agents in treatment-refractory depression.
- Differentiate Neurocircuit Pathways: Distinguish aberrant fronto-limbic circuits in PTSD and affective disorders to select targeted neuromodulation protocols.
- Assess Digital Biomarker Evidence: Appraise the analytical accuracy, patient privacy safeguards, and diagnostic validity of AI-driven digital phenotyping platforms.
- Manage Co-Occurring Dual Diagnoses: Apply evidence-supported pharmacological algorithms to mitigate relapse in severe addiction complicated by mood or psychotic disorders.
Presentation Formats & Criteria
The scientific committee invites submissions for two peer-reviewed presentation formats:
- Oral Plenary Podium Defense: 15-minute presentation (12 minutes didactic presentation + 3 minutes moderated faculty discussion) during designated track plenaries.
- Moderated Poster Presentation: Clothed poster board display in the main concourse during dedicated Day 1 or Day 2 review hours.
- Double-Blind Peer Review: All abstract texts (250–300 words) are stripped of institutional identifiers before scientific evaluation.
- Proceedings Monograph: Accepted summaries are indexed and published in the official MindNeuro 2027 Program Compendium.
